We are an international shipping company which have been active in the market for almost twenty years and listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. Due to rapid growth of our business we are now looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to fill the following position : 

CREW REPLACEMENT SUPERVISOR (CRS)

Qualifications:

1. Male, graduated from reputable maritime academy
2. Having min 3 years experience in the same area in a Shipping Company
3. Good knowledge of seaman’s documents, rotation and recruitment plans.
4. Will be responsible for ensuring all crew follow all related procedure , supervising all activities in Crewing Management Services Division.
5. Fluent in English both oral and written
6. Computer literate
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
