We are an established distributor of Electrical & Mechanical products in Oil & Gas, Petro Chemical and Mining industries. Our Company located in West Jakarta and  have affiliation with a public listed company in Singapore is looking for suitable candidate to fill the following position:

SECRETARY for SALES DIVISION

    Job Description
  • Executive secretary will assist the manager in daily company management, documents filling, business scheduling, correspondences both written and email, travel arrangement, etc.
  • Support sales team on the sales activities. 
  • Schedule  appointments  and  maintain  calendar,  arrange  business  itineraries  and  coordinate  travel  plans,  reconcile  expense  reports,  and  organize/maintain  files.
  • Review  incoming  correspondence;  prepare  communications  (including  reports,  complex  charts  and  presentations;  track  documents  requiring  review/approval).
  • Assist  in  the  creation  and  execution  of  presentations,  including  chart  development  and  preparations,  and  marketing  materials.
  • Convention  planning  and  support.
  • Collation  and  distribution  of  marketing  material  to  customer  offices  and  broader  distributions. 
  • Direct business and customer communications to appropriate group staff. 
  • Arrange  meeting  with  customers,  prospects  and  suppliers,  and  employee  group  meetings.
  • Other office responsibilities may be assigned

 

    Requirement
  • Female age number 23-30 years.   
  • Minimal D3 Secretarial graduated.
  • minimum  3  years  experience  as  an  administrative assistant, sales assistant, customer support or  office  administrator  -  with ability  to  handle  highly  confidential  and  critical information  in  a  professional  business  manner
  • Active person, willing to work hard, independently, dynamic, initiative and creative.
  • Well organize, quick, efficient, and can work under pressure
  • Good looking and Communicative
  • Experience handling sales team
  • Excellent  organizational  and  follow-up  skills,  ability  to  manage  multiple  assignments
  • Self  starter  with  demonstrated  high  level  of  motivation,  integrity  and  ability  to  work  well  independently
  • Relentless  attention  to  detail  and  quality  oriented  with  ability  to  prioritize  and  handle  multiple  tasks
  • Very  strong  computer  skills;  especially  creating  Presentations  in  Power  Point,  Word  Processing  in  MS  Word,  Excel  Spread  Sheets  and  overall  computing  abilities
