| Job Summary:Assist with the day to day provision of Information Technology support / help to dedicated locations / divisions within the Company, ensuring the reability of current hardware and communications links / systems.Key Resposibilities : - Perform first level support and troubleshooting of computer software and hardware - Maintain and administer Microsoft Windows based servers & workstations, printers, other computer equipment and peripheral. - Develop and maintain system documentations and inventories. - Provide user training, and encourage more efficient use of the IT infrastructure.Essential Requirements : - min MCP, MCSA/MCSE preferred - good knowledge of Windows NT/2K/XP/2003 operating systems & Microsoft networking and office application software - Strong working knowledge and experience in installation and troubleshooting common computer hardware and software issues - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & computer literate - Proactive, willing to travel locally in Indonesia - Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English Preferred Credentials and Experience: - Min 2 years relevant working experience with college diploma or university degree majoring in computer science Interested and qualified candidates may send your complete resume in English with recent photograph and send to the following e-mail address using MS Word / PDF format: |
