HUMAN RESOURCE SENIOR STAFF
General Requirements :
- Min. S1 from reputable university
- Have min. 3 year experience as Human Resource Staff in insurance/ healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Logical thinking and able to work in a team and/or independently.
- Knowledge and ability of people management.
- Knowledge of man power permits, license and able to deal with government protocols and issues.
- Have the capacity to excel towards HR manager position in 1 to 2 years
