GA MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team, such as housekeeping, office boy, security, messenger, receptionist and driver.
- Able to handle and supervise general services
- To ensure and control building maintenance, car maintenance, insurance, cleaning service, security, office equipments
- To manage and ensure the smooth daily work of GA dept
- Make plan and control budget of general expenses
- To check and verify all operation sheets concerning the general expenses
Requirements:
- Male, max. 40 years old, degree from reputable university
- Have min. 5 years experience in the same position at managerial level
- Focus to work and have good service orientation
- Have a good leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Resourceful, well organized and result-driven team leader/player
- Have a good networking with car rental agency
- Must have fluent in English (oral and written) and computer literate
