KITA Finance, is a fast growing company, joint venture between Lippobank, Tbk., PT and Marubeni Corporation, Japan which focuses on automotive financing throughout Indonesia. Now to support our fast growth, we are seeking for highly qualified professional candidates to join our team as:
HR HEAD
Qualifications:
- Male / Female with age not above 35 years old.
- Degree from reputable university in psychology, with minimum 5 years experience in the same position and has good knowledge in Indonesian Labor.
- Can performed end-to-end HR service’s include recruitment & retention, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations and other related HR function.
- Able to operate with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Has good leadership, strong analytical, detail oriented, team building, good communication and negotiation skills.
- Has good computer skills (MS Office).
- Fluent in both oral & written English.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment.
