HRD OFFICER
Requirements :
- Female max. 35 years old
- Minimum S1 degree majoring Resources Management / Psychology / Management
- Working Experience min. 3 years as HR Officer
- Knowledgeable Organizational Development and HR Development, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation Methods
- Has strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both oral & written English is a must
- Computer literate
