We are an Indonesian Telecommunication Company invites suitable candidates to join us for the following position:
HR OFFICER
Requirements:
- Male/Female, Max 30 years
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Law from reputable university
- Min 2 years experiences in the recruitment activities
- Having some knowledge in telecommunication field is advantage
- Having Managerial experience is advantage
- Having some knowledge in Personal Tax regulation and Calculation (Pph 21) is advantage
- Having understanding of legal contract, government regulation and law
- Having understanding of Indonesia labor law, industrial relation and implementations in daily HR practices
- Able to work independently, under pressure, well-organized, Achievement-oriented, meticulous, strong analytical, proactive, able work individually or part of team, mature and independent in solving problem, committed with a sense of urgency
- Interpersonal skill, helpful person, honest, charismatic, good in communication and presentation, excellent in negotiation and persuasive also coach
- Fluent in English both written and oral is advantage
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, Email, etc)
- Good appearance
- Able joint immediately
