Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting Resident Manager with the administration and smooth running of the executive office. Primarily responsible for organizing work and follow up/tracing pending projects.
Qualifications:
- Female, 28-35 years old
- Good Health & smart appearance
- Excellent command of spoken & written English
- Graduated form reputable secretarial academy
- Min. 2 years of experience as a secretary and /or 1 year as a divisional secretary in a multinational company
- Good administrative & secretarial skills (typing, business correspondence etc)
- Outgoing, mature, confident, self-motivated and committed
