Finance AR
Job Description:
- Ensure all invoices have completed by tax invoices and supporting document needed
- Ensure that invoices submission has agree as time limit in invoice submission KPI
- Lead an AR staff in gather and filling supporting documents
- Ensure that supporting documents have completed and meet with customers requirements
- To prepare journal entries, inventory reconciliation and sales report reconciliation
- Controlling AR Aging.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable University
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
- Having good knowledge in accounting and familiar with Indonesian Tax Regulation
- Strong and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- High accuracy, excellent administration skills, initiative, self-discipline, and result oriented
- Computer literate, preferably familiar with SAP
