Finance Staff
General Requirement :
- Preferred Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Applicants must hold of Brevet A & B.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in accounting, preferably as finance staff is required for this position.
- Fluent in English, both oral & Written; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Candidate must possess Computer Literate; MS-Office, MS-Outlook, accounting software and database skills; MYOB is an advantage.
- Willing to work under pressure, being proactive, being a team player & adaptable to the changing needs of the company.
- Fast learner, self control, accurate, and precise.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang-Cikupa.
Job Responsibilities :
- Reporting to Finance Manager about petty cash condition everyday.
- To make reporting of petty cash used.
- Input Data manually & computerized.
- Organizing payments plan report to Top Management.
- Checking of the completion Documents & Filling Documents.
- Checking payments from customers.
- Arranging/Giving information/direction to messenger; suppliers & customers.
- Making Payable & Revenue Reports.
