We are tire industry company located at a unique landscape near mountain side in Sub Country Citeureup Bogor city, three kilometers north of the Sentul International Circuit with a total area of 127,000 sqm of land. Our product range is from High Performance Passenger Car Radial Tyre, Light Truck Radial Tyre as well as Light Truck to Truck and Buses Conventional Tyres. SENIOR HR SPECIALIST (HRS)
He/ She will be responsible to assisting HR Manager
- To develop HR processes, system and procedures in accordance with Company’s Strategic Objectives and guidelines
- To Analyzed to required current and future competencies of the organization as well as initiative and drive the relevant actions. Including Training and Development Programs
- To Implement & Evaluate HR Initiatives and program
- To Ensure all Personnel and Administration activities work on paper, monitoring employee data, concealing and related Personnel matters
Requirements:
- Min S1 Degree Psychology/ HR Management
- Age 30 years above
- Min. 3 years as HR officer or Specialist
- Experience in handling HR Policy & Procedure and Organizational Development
- Strong Analytical Skills & Strategic Planning
- Self Starter, hard worker and able to work under pressure
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Computer Literate
