HRD SUPERVISOR
General Requirements:
- University degree in Psychology/HR Management/Law or related majoring
- Having 3 years experience in similar position, strong knowledge and abilities in handling Manpower planning & Development, Training, Performance, Appraisal, as well as industrial relations
- Have a good presentation & Training skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Having good analytical skills, mature with Indonesian labor Law & regulation
- Excellent in computer skill : MS Office , etc
- Can work independently as well as in a team
- Display initiative and able to interact with all level of employees
