Qualifications:
- Visionary Leadership
- HR Technology (knowledge about integrated IT for HR system)
- HR Operational (hr strategic, performance management, compensation benefit, recruitment and learning development, industrial relation)
- Business Knowledge (Integrated HR and business knowledge in the one policy)
- Personal Contribution (Networking, work administration, etc)
- Experience 15 years in HR managerial level, preferably has working experience in plantation, forestry or other natural resources industry
