Learning Center Dept Head (LCD)
Requirements:
- Male or Female; Age 30 – 40 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university (Master degree will be preferable)
- At least more than 5 years experience as senior facilitator/trainer (300 training days)
- Having experience as Training Manager is a plus
- Certified as Facilitator/Trainers
- Having Excellence Facilitation Skill: being proven as Senior Facilitator on Leadership, Managerial and Functional.
- Excellence Modules Developer: has proven capabilities on Modules Development (developed at least 10 modules)
- Has good communication skill as well as presentation skill
- Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
- Young, dynamic, open mind and fast learner.
- Have a good motivation in learning orientation, develop others and excellence coach.
- Willing to be located at Karawaci Office.
