PT Multi Bintang Indonesia, Tbk is the leading beer and beverage company in Indonesia, which has been operating since 1931.
The company operates two breweries, each in Sampang Agung (Mojokerto) and Tangerang.
We produce and market strong brands such as Beer Bintang, Heineken, Guinness Stout, Bintang Zero, and Green Sands. Our Sales and Marketing offices operate in all major cities from Medan (North Sumatra) to Sorong (Papua).
To strengthen our team, we are now seeking for talented and energetic person to be our:
Brewery Technological Controller
Responsibilities as the member of Brewery Management Team:
- Prevent quality deviation in production & utilities process, final product quality by using the quality assurance instruments.
- Initiate & coordinate trial actions plan in the process and/or materials use to improve quality & cost.
- Provide technological support to ensure maintenance & improvement of quality & process.
- Ensure compliance to the Quality Policy, Standard and Procedure
- Continuously improve QC and QA system refer to the Laboratory certification.
- Perform technological functions in the brewery in maintaining quality, process improvement & trouble shooting.
- Continuously improve the highest level of laboratory service, efficient utilization of laboratory equipment, chemicals & personnel.
- Coordinate with QAM in technological matters to provide technological support.
- Control expenses and resources to ensure conformity with budget agreed.
- Act as ISO 9002 QMR & HACCP facilitator.
Requirements:
- University graduates from Chemical or Food Technology or other related background
- Advance level of knowledge on production processes in food beverage industry & engineering aspects
- Minimum 5 years relevant practical in production & quality of food beverage industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Good communication & leadership skills
- Good command of English, spoken and written (reporting)
- Familiar with SAP program, continual improvement method
- Work Location : Sampang Agung, Mojokerto, East Java
