Call Center Agent

Requirements:
• Female
• Minimum D1 in any discipline from reputable Academy or University with GPA min. 3.00 in the scale of 4
• Good telephone personality
• Excellent communication skills and good articulation
• Having smiling and friendly voice
• Customer satisfaction oriented
• Ability to understand customer needs and be resourceful to meet their needs
• Speak and write English fluently
• Computer literate (especially good in Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Good typing skill with 10 fingers (it’s a must)
• Able to establish and maintain good relations with customers
• Able to work comfortably with and assist a wide range of individuals in a variety of situations
