Market Development Representative
Location : All Region ( Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Surabaya )
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to Coach and monitor Performance of Solusi Rumah CPMs Franchise, Monitor and supervise the housing development (projects) progress in customer site, Identify market potential and implement market development activities to support franchisee for both SR CPM and retailers. Ensure implementation of Franchise operation standards in each respected Franchisee.
Requirements:
- Education : Bachelor Degree in architectural and/or civil engineering OR Diploma degree in architectural or civil engineering with construction project experience
- Experiences : Minimum working experience of 2-3 years on construction sites as architect, designer, site supervisor or assistant of project manager.
- Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes, ETABS/SAP for construction, MS Project
- Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications :
- Min. 1 year in current position
- Experience in creating architectural drawing for minimum 2 stories houses or ruko, calculating BoQ, DED, structural and cost analysis (minimum for 2-story houses), Has a general insight in retail and/or consumer business, especially in channel management.
