Minimize the cost of the project and enhance value for money, whilst still achieving the required standard and quality. The position will perform risk and value management and cost control. - Male
- Age : Max 40 y.o
- Minimal Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Electrical
- Experience : 10 years as estimator at large building contractor
- Specific abbilities : Comprehend the price trends of building material in the market, Comprehend and familiar with various types of contract and its detail, Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, Competent in CAD and knowledgeable in Win-Est Pro would be advantage
