Qualifications :
· Male
· Age between 30-40 years old
· Bachelor degree in law or phsycology
· 4 years experienced in garment industry
· Know the employment law well
· Fluent in job grading, job evaluation and performance management system
· Able to set up competensy base human resource
· Able to create an sop and training plan = implementation and evaluation
· Job location : cikupa
