Human Resources Manager
Requirements :
You will be required to implement HR policies and procedures for all categories of employees in the plantation operating locations with rigorously involved in planning & administering all HR functions and employee welfare activities. You will also embark initiatives in building a performance driven culture and review HR practices in supporting of business strategies keeping abreast of labour laws and industrial relations, liaising with government officials and other relevant authorities as well handling all aspects of public relations with the manpower authorities.
The ideal candidate should be a self motivator with positive attitude possess a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management Law/Social Science or a professional qualification in related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a multinational environment. Further should have very good leadership and presentation skills and an excellent report writing and communication skills.
