Schedule Control (Code : SC)
Job description
Reviews schedules submitted by the contractor and recommends adjustment if necessary. Monitors actual accomplishment and compares them with the schedule. Anticipates potential problems encountered and discusses with the contractors, measures to solve and prevent them from recurring. Asseses regularly the sufficiency of the contractors on-site resources to support the project schedule. Assist the QC group prepare a submittal log to monitor status of submittals. Review request for time extension by the contractors and submits recommendations

Qualification
- Male/Female
- Age (y.o) : Max 38 y.o
- Minimal Education: Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Experience : 10 years in planning & scheduling for highrise building, malls & other commercial centers
- Specific abbilities : MS Office is a must, Good command in written and spoken English, Good coordination skills, Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of profesionalism and integrity, able to work independently and initiative, Proactive in resolving technical & coordinations issues, able to work under tight deadlines
