Leadership & Organizational Development Manager
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal & leadership skill
- 5 years experience in OD and Leadership Development
- Solid experience in developing leaders in large local or multinational corporations
- Relevant experience gained in people-intensive service industries is a definite advantage
- Able to work with senior management locally & globally
- Occasional travel may be required
