An International Air & Sea Freight Forwarding company is looking for qualified candidates for the following positions
CUSTOMER SERVICE AIRFREIGHT
(Jakarta Raya – Soekarno-Hatta International Airport)
Responsibilities:
* Input data to Forwarding System.
* Checking invoice from airlines/co-loader & Overseas offices the attached all evidence before release to our account dept.
* Controlling Stock of Airwaybill
* Prepared shipping advised to customers.
* Rechecking document before we return or release to customers.
* Monitoring tax receipt from warehouse operator and deliver to accounting.
Requirements:
* Male/Female, Single, Min 25 years old.
* Min Graduates Diploma III Transport Management from reputable University.
* Basic Cargo Certificate or Danger Good Cargo Certificate is advantage.
* Excellent in English both spoken and written.
* Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel/Word/IE/email).
* Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
* Customer oriented.
* Having good personality, communication skill, hard working and should be able to working under pressure.
* Leave in Tangerang area is preferred.
* 2 Full-Time and Contract position available.
