Quality Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* In accordance with the requirements of project quality management to carry out project quality planning, quality control and quality assurance work;
o According to customer acceptance standards, develop project quality goals and quality assurance plan and organize the implementation of the plan to prevent the occurrence of mass quality problem, in order to improve one-time pass rate of customer acceptance;
o According to the requirement of customer and region,develop objective and plan of project security ,environment management,meanwhile organize the implementation of the plan,in order to ensure personal and equipment safety, as well as environment reservation;
o responsible for monitoring and alarm of the field engineering and product quality in project implementation,coordinating to solve quality problem;
o responsible for checking and confirming project operation and document management process, tracking problems till totally closure;
o responsible for organizing the training of project team personnel for quality management and quality consciousness;
o along with the outsourcing manager, improve the quality management of subcontractors.
Requirements:
* Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Project Management or equivalent
* More than 3 years’ experience in telecom industry as Quality Manager
* Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
* Excellent customer relationship management
* Well versed in project management tools application
* Dynamic, possess good leadership with good sense of responsibility
* Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in English
