HR Admin

Responsibilities:

1. Review and update employee information data.
2. To execute monthly employee data report.
3. Liaise with relevant authorities in regards to employees/HR affairs.
4. Responsible for handling and maintaining administration of HR Duties (employee data, Support and other HR administration duties).
5. Responsible for maintaining and process Expatriates working permit including visa
6. Responsible to update UU No. 7 of all branches.
7. Responsible for preparing Employee Certification and Reference Letter.
8. Responsible for reporting Executive Officer to Bank Indonesia.
9. To monitor and reports employee daily attendance records to related department head.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
