Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management
* Having 3 to 4 years experience in Life Insurance industry
* Recruit New Sales Force.
* Conduct strategic database sourcing for Sales Force.
* Excellent communication and management skill with strong character of leadership
* Good analytical thinking
