CityGroup Design Co., LTD was established in 1999 based in Guangzhou, China. We are a progressive Interior Design Consultancy firm specializes in top-end deluxe projects including Hotels, F&B Outlets, Spas, Show Flats, Private Residences, Serviced Apartments, Office complexes, Club Houses, commercial complexes etc.
We would like to invite applications for the following position:
Senior Interior Designer
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for conceptual and functional layout.
* Responsible for the overall design documentation & project implementation of hotel, VIP banking?KFC, Pizzahut and shopping center set up.
* Design Management – To assist in managing and coordinating design development of new project in particular of Architecture, Interior Design and functional planning.
* Act as Coordinator to external ID Consultant and other utilities consultants.
* Review all implementation and shop drawings and ensure drawings standard applied.
* Site Supervision – attend to solving sites’ problems.
* Other job duties & responsibilities as and when required.
Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
* Computer literate and good command in AutoCAD. Knowledge in 3D related software is an added advantage.
* Strong administrative skills, self-driven, result orientated and strong leadership qualities.
* Candidate with minimum working experience and background will be considered for Junior Interior Designers position.
* Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong advantage.
This position is based in Guangzhou, China; so candidates must be willing to relocate to China.
