Account Executive
Responsibilities:
* Answer customers queries via Live Chat (YM) and also use Facebook and Twitter as well. Professionally help customer to buy and will give customers best solutions to what they need.
Requirements:
* People with PASSION!
* Female, below 30 years old
* Minimum S1 of all major, Public Relation, Marketing or Economy is a plus.
* Understand English (Passive)
* Can operate computer, fast typing, and customer service orientation
* Understand internet (Facebook, twitter, youtube, Skype)
* Understand office software (Microsoft office, excel, powerpoint, outlook express)
* Willing to learn, quick learning, creative, and high self motivation
* Can work under pressure, Speed, Result oriented, high self confidence
* Good individual skills and a team player
