Requirements:

o Personnel Admin
o Project Management
* General competencies:
o Leadership skill
o Analytical Skill
o Good communication skill
o Facilitation skill
o Fluent in English (written and verbal)
o Has full knowledge on UU 13/2003 (Ketenagakerjaan) and other related regulations
* Education: Min S1 majoring HR Management or Psychology or Law
* Work experience:
o Min 5 years experience as HR Manager
o Has exemplary mining (specifically Coal) industry knowledge
