Requirements:
* Male
* S1/Bachelor degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering related field from reputable university
* 1 year experience in building maintenance, security system and housekeeping
* Fluent in oral & written English
* Pleasant personality, honest, attention to detail, responsible and hard working
* Familiar with Microsoft Office and Internet
