HR & GA MANAGER
Responsibilities:
The HR & GA Manager manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.
He/She carries out responsibilities in the following HR Strategic Functional areas:
* Company Rules
* Recruiting and Staffing
* Organizational Development and Space Planning;
* Performance Management and Improvement Systems;
* Employment and Compliance to Regulatory concerns and reporting (Industrial/Employee Relation & Government Relations)
* Employee Orientation, Development, and Training;
* Policy Development and Documentation;
* Company Employee Communication;
* Compensation and benefits administration;
* Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and
* Employee services and counseling.
Requirements:
He/She must come with:
* At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in the HR & GA field is required for this position.
* Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): HR Activity, HR Duties, General HR Functions, Employee and Labor Relations, Employee Benefits and Compensation, Employee Recruitment & Development.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
